Located in Casco, Maine, this Camp Sunshine project was started in the fall of 2007, and was substantially completed in May of 2008. This was a complicated second story addition, and included an egress stair and elevator.

The new program space was over 8000 sq. ft., and included a parent discussion room, teen center, offices,adult crafts room, library and more. This project was an RFP, interview, CM selection process.
