Concord Coach is a new 3,600 sq. ft. Design-build transportation facility. It was constucted at 9 Industrial Drive, in Augusta, Maine. We reached Substantial Completion mid-September 2008.

With parking for over 260 cars, the sitework portion of scope was quite extensive.

This contract was select CM negotiated, and came in around $1.2 million.
