Retail projects are often very challenging, because the construction timeline needs to happen so quickly. Our retail portfolio consists of several small interior fitups, including a Dunkin Donuts national branding fitup. We've completed additions and alterations including new store fixtures; millwork and cabinet show rooms; and new cash-wrap checkout counters. We’ve also constructed new entrance canopies constructed of pine logs, heavy timber and light exposed framing, in the case of Hancock Lumber. New construction includes a variety store complete with fuel pumps and we recently provided CM services for a brand new 35,000 sq.ft. retail lumber facility in Bridgton, Maine. This recent project consisted of new retail space, bulk lumber storage outside, and a inside “drive-thru” lumber storage area.

It is unusual to work with a construction management team whose owners are directly involved with a project on an every-day basis. One or both owners were at every job meeting.
