Mercy Medical Partners in a new location, serving the greater-Lakes Region, was completed in May of 2008. It was constructed at Hancock Lumber's former Home Planning Center at 409 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, Maine.

This 11,000 sq. ft. medical tenant fit-up includes a Family Practice, diagnostics center with new mammography and X-ray suites; blood-drawing area and lab; as well as an emergency/acute care facility.

This project was a Design-build tenant fit-up. SMRT was the architect, working with Mercy and Perspective CM to program, design, and secure the State Fire Marshall, DHHS, and local project approvals and constuction permits.

This project was an RFP selection process and form of delivery.
