Perspective CM completed construction on a new 3000 sq. ft. branch bank for Norway Savings, located in Standish, Maine with a contract value of $1.2 million. Due to a late fall start, this project was erected with prefab panels. The main structure was up with the roof sheathed in just over one week, winter conditions and all!

Specialties include a vault, state-of-the-art security system, fire suppression system, and bank equipment.

One challenging feature of this scope is almost a quarter-million in upgrades to the state road on Rt. 25 in standish. Securing permits, coordinating utilities, and performing road work on an extremely busy section of road was complete in May 2007.

This project was competitively bid to a select list of bidders.
