Gagnon, LLC, retained the services of Bill Bridges in the fall of 2005, to design, plan, and manage the facelift and expansion of the Gorham Village Mall and Gorham Medical complex located in Gorham, ME. Bill brought to the project a high level of architectural creativity and engineering knowledge, which helped work through many complex issues. Because of Bill’s extensive knowledge in construction and his common sense approach, he was able to provide many cost saving recommendations for the project. I found Bill to be very professional and courteous to all individuals and in all his dealings. Bill demonstrated a high level of strong ‘people skills’ that became a tremendous asset in this project.

I used Bill on a second project which was a 4,000 square foot medical fit-up. Bill had to coordinate many trades and complete the project with an accelerated schedule to meet my tenant’s tight time frame. Bill, once again, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and construction management that made the project proceed smoothly, on time, and on budget.
